Our holiday village is located in Marina Palmense, in the province of Fermo, Marche and is right by the sea;
HOW TO GET HERE
The nearest motorway exit is Fermo-Porto San Giorgio, and the nearest train stations are Fermo-Porto San Giorgio or Pedaso, from which you can conveniently get here by taxi. We provide a shuttle service for a fee upon request.
If you are traveling by plane, the nearest airport is Ancona Airport at 72 km away. Upon arrival you can take the train, a taxi or we can take care of organizing a shuttle service for an extra charge and upon request.

RV ACCESS
To access by RV, you can pass by a neighboring accommodation. You can comfortably get here by arriving in Marina Palmense and passing through the "Verde Mare" Campsite. On our website you will find the geographical coordinates that will take you directly here;

CHURCHES
The nearest church is the one in Marina Palmense, known as the Church of Santa Maria a Mare. Mass hours are as follows: 8 a.m.-7 p.m. on holidays, 7 p.m. on weekdays. The mass hours at the Church of St. Augustine in Torre di Palme are as follows: 6:30 p.m. on weekdays, 6:30 p.m. on holidays.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Of course, it is always possible to choose the type of accommodation. You can give a preference on the area of the holiday village where you want to stay or on a particular accommodation number. Unfortunately, however, due to logistical needs, in order to be able to ensure that all our guests can stay without any date constraints, we need the scheduling to be as flexible as possible. This means that you will be assigned the accommodation on the day of arrival
ACCOMMODATION EQUIPMENT
The accommodations are all equipped with bed linen, towels, and kitchen linens. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes and cookware with everything needed to prepare meals. All accommodations (except the Coco Sweet Tents) have a private bathroom. The bidet is only available in the Wooden Chalet type. All accommodations have a veranda, some with a lawn and open, others fenced with a small gate and steps
VERANDAS & SMALL GATES
The types that have gates are all the Three-Room Apartments Sea Front, the Four-Room Apartments Agorà and some Three-Room Apartments Deluxe;
RAILWAY
The railroad runs behind the holiday village. The trains passing behind the hotel may be considered a disturbance, but the perception of the noise varies from person to person. To experience as little noise from passing trains as possible, we suggest choosing the Beachfront accommodations, as they are the closest to the sea and at the same time the furthest from the railway line.
SEA
Girasole Eco Family Village is right by the sea. Our beach features a mix of pebbles, gravel and sand. The seabed is sandy. The seabed slopes gently, so children have the opportunity to play on the water's edge.
BEACH
We have two different stretches of beach.
The mixed area, which extends along the entire length of the village and where you can stop (upon reservation of the space) with your 4-legged friend.
The sand-only area with a reported part, behind the mixed and raised area, which is located near the children's games.
To ensure your spot on the beach we always suggest booking it in advance.

BEACH EQUIPMENT RENTAL
If you love sports you can rent a SUP, kayak or paddle boat to take in a little iodine in the open sea.

There is a restaurant inside the holiday village in which you can enjoy breakfast, half-board and full-board services.

There is a washing area available for them to cool off on hot days and several drinking fountains scattered throughout the holiday village, as well as poop bag dispensers to pick up their foulings.

At Girasole Eco Family Village there is entertainment for everyone, adults and children, during the day and in the evening.
Mini Club: upon registration by parents, children can take part in the mini club from 4 to 12 years old.
Young Club: welcomes teens from 12 to 18 years old and provides many activities including sports tournaments at the multi use games area

SAFETY
One of the strengths of our village is definitely the safety for children. In fact, cars and motor vehicles in general do not have access to the holiday village area for both environmental and safety sustainability reasons. We take care of accompanying our guests to their accommodation using electric vehicles.

You will be able to get the keys to your accommodation from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. However, it is still possible to arrive at the holiday village before that time and start using the services of the resort.
Should you need the accommodation before that time, for an additional fee of only € 21.00 and upon written confirmation from the Reservation Office, you can take advantage of the Early Check in service and access your accommodation from 12 noon.

FAMILY PACK
The Family Pack is free of charge. All you need to do is request it at the time of booking to allow us to guarantee the best service possible. It includes: crib, high chair, bed rails, stroller, step stool for the bathroom, baby bathtub.
BIKE RENTAL AND BIKE PATH
Bikes ( for adults and children) can be rented by filling out the form at the Reception. They cost € 5.00 per day or € 25.00 per week. It is also possible to request child seats and helmets (accessories are free of charge).
There is no real bike path outside the holiday village. Through a side street (which we will be happy to show you if you come to the Reception) it is possible to avoid crossing the State Highway, arrive inside the small village of Marina Palmense and go all the way to Porto San Giorgio, where you will find the seafront where you can ride in peace.

ECO – SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION
As part of our good practices to protect the environment, we kindly invite you to separate the waste you produce during your stay into the designated bins. Here are the different waste categories: glass and aluminum, paper, plastic, organic and residual.

You will also want to try the “ciauscolo,” a cold cut that is the true emblem of the cuisine of Marche, popular throughout the world. SANITARY FACILITIES
In the central area of the sanitary facilities inside the Girasole Eco Family Village, there is a "Laundry" area with washing machines with soap already inside. All you need to do is insert coins and choose the cycle that best suits your needs.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
At the Girasole Eco Family Village, there are two different types of accommodations suitable for people with disabilities, the Deluxe Three-room Mobile Home and the Superior Beachfront Three-room Mobile Home. To ensure the best service possible, check with the Reception staff to assess what your needs are and make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. There are stairs leading to the rooftop terrace in the place where the evening shows take place. Access to the beach may not be easy for people in wheelchairs, despite the presence of boardwalks. The beach is in fact a mix of pebbles and gravel with sand.
SEASONAL RESERVATION
At the Girasole Eco Family Village, we offer customized solutions such as seasonal or semi-seasonal options for bookings of more than 21 consecutive nights in the campsite area. Meanwhile, as far as accommodations are concerned, they are usually sold for shorter stays. This is because with dynamic pricing, the whole season in the same accommodation would have a price well below the market price. In that case, we recommend contacting the Booking Office, which will be happy to handle the request with the Management.
